We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 10 working days. All garment tags must be attached, items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if garment tags are detached from item or are returned outwith the 10 day period.
To return an item
In order to return an item, please email the store with your order number by emailing: email@example.com.

Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as Eva Lucia cannot accept responsibility for items not received. You may also hand deliver your item to our store, a completed returns form must still be included with your item.
* For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.
All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or paypal account. We will only refund postage of faulty goods. Please allow 14 days from receipt of your parcel for your refund to be processed.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty you must notify us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the fault. Please note all items are checked prior to despatch by our sales team. Faulty items must be returned with 10 days.
